Sleep'n Stretch

 

 

An easy, full body stretching routine, designed by Thea for her clients' muscle maintenance programme, to be done in bed just after you wake up in the morning. The routine flows easily and incorporates every major muscle group. You can pick and choose the stretches if time is short but Thea recommends the full routine at least twice a week if your flexibility levels are poor.
